A couple of months back when I was in the eighth grade at De Anza I had the choice of either attending Ventura of Foothill.I never really had thought about what school I wanted to attend. Me and my parents had this convesation on what high school I should attend, they didnt want me to go to ventura because they thought that it would be a really bad school for me.They wanted me to find school were they thought was a good acdemic school.
high school was going to be here before I know it but how to choose between a high school that can give me an excellent education and a high school were my best friend went. My mom wanted my to go to foothill but I had other plans since my best friend was going to ventura I thought that was the place for me but my mom kept on reminding me that high school if for getting a education not for hanging out with friends. It was head vs. heart.
I wanted to be challenged and meet new people.Also because i wanted togo to a school that aford me an excelent education.I wanted to go to a school that hade less drama and fights. Another main reason that i wnated to go to Foothill is because they recommended me to go to this school and ive been hearing a lort of rumors that its a really good school.
My final decision was that i absolutely wanted to go to foothill was because of the reason that Foothill hade very high test scores and i wanted to be part of the "Foothill Family".
